ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Awatif, and my yoga journey started not so long ago. I had always loved the idea of travelling and exploring the planet, and that's exactly what I decided to pursue after college. As part of an airline crew, I was fortunate enough to see quite a bit of the world.

However, after every flight, I would land feeling just like anyone working in an office might feel: irritated, unhappy, and stiff as hell.
